Judge rules negotiations did not break down because of a reason which would entitle the charity to reclaim it's wasted costs.

The main thing from this is sisu have proved no interest in funding CCFC unless they got the Ricoh.

That's the main thing to come out for me.

Of course most fans have thought this and speculated.
