Yes because they would be paying a charity. Now we discover why Tim Fisher and ML keep distancing themselves from SISU

So decisions such as not paying rent is nothing to do with SISU trying to break ACL

It actually interesting.
Yesterday Higgs put distance between themselves and CCC.
Today sisu put distance between themselves and club management.

How much have the council taken out so far to swell their coffers?

Not much, but that's down to them as much as anything. They got £21m from ACL at the beginning for the lease.

Has Tim still got the beard and is the leather jacket on?

I have visions of him in court like this:

Simon Gilbert‏@TheSimonGilbert18sDeering believes Sisu were lead up the garden path while the council / charity did a deal for the bank debt.

She must have been well versed for this cross examination yet it is going horribly wrong. TF may turn it round he is far slicker. It's a great shame ML and JS are not giving evidence

Hopefully he'll be asked why he stopped paying the rent when SISU hadn't told him to and therefore you can only assume were happy to keep covering the cost of paying it.

That £21m wasn't taken out of the project was it? Thought that was spent on the Ricoh.

True, but there is a subtle difference between joy being hands on and whether the sisu management board formally discussed and agreed the strategy.

* Ms Deering confirms Sisu only continued to fund club in 2012 because they thought they could secure charity's stake in the Ricoh.

So there you have it, they are only here still because they still think they'll get the Higg's share, they are fucking staking everything on it, hence for now the continued funding. It's gonna go tits up in the end for us!

So they only stayed at the club losing millions of pounds because they thought it was going to allow them to pay millions of pounds for something they thought was worth nothing. Right, Laura Deeling I believe you, Will the judge?.

Mark my words, Seppala makes the decisions at CCFC. Fisher and labovitch are her stooges, as disgraceful as they have been individually.

They love passing the buck don't they? No different to Deering, Joy had that meeting I wasn't there.

Hopping from foot to foot comes to mind. A bit like their negotiations, 5.5, 2, er no can we have it for free. Let's build a new stadium....couldn't lie straight in bed.

TF fisher took Hector up the garden path and hector did a big turd in the garden. Then they took the ball left the mansion and took it to a council flat.

but when after the exclusivity period?

Talks start May ..... say exclusivity ends July ...... didn't PWKH say the Charity wrote to SISU to say exclusivity was over and they were free to look around sometime in August..... SISU value shares at nil Charity value at a lot more ....... looks to me like the deal was dead in August and has no link at all to the loan by the council ....... and no garden path to follow after August because it had fallen off a cliff

There is. And it is true that the formal responsibility for the rent strike decision rests firmly at club management.
But I still thought her statement was funny.

When did SISU notify ACL/CCC/Charity of their discussions to buy the Yorkshire Bank debt? as soon as they enquired or much later?

I'm sorry; that's preposterous. How does that sit with Fisher's claims in the Telegraph that Seppala is very 'hands on', and they were speaking 'every day'?
