Out of interest, what key things had happened to make people fall out before November 2011? That was before rent strikes and everything wasn't it?

I am sure donganzolas is looking to prepare a poll on the matter as we speak - "should PWKH drop the clause and allow CCFC to remain at the Acadamy"

The idea of the other poll was to try and either get a compromise or force Wasps to admit they don't want us if that is the case.
From what PWKH is saying on here there is no compromise regarding the academy and as he used to do on here before he got too much abuse, telling us exactly what he thinks.
So you can do a poll if you like but I suggest you choose a different question.

What options do we have if they go?

It is quite obvious everybody has worked together to do the club over.

It was personal years ago.

Yes it looks bleak Nick but the dick PkH has just told us what to do and that's build a new stadium and house the academy and training there and all of the above. Let's do it and beats the fuckers. Sisu won't build or invest but someone might.

Just to clarify if sisu were willing to build and invest in a new stadium then fine I would be on board 100% but as they are not and won't put in another penny then we need to find someone who will.

Whilst a large proportion of our fans lap it up as it's anyone but Sisu.

Never mind your nose, this is chopping your head off to spite your face,

It's quite clear what needs to happen now.

Sisu need to build a new stadium, with a new academy attached. If they can't do that they need to sell to new owners who can.

It's make or break now...

Good work Higgs charity, you've managed to fuck off thousands and thousands of people from your city and the ambitions of all the potential young footballers wanting to achieve in their home city. Well played, bet you're all proud of yourselves for beating Tim and Joy now.

Yeah, right. All this is SISU's fault. I forgot that. Thanks for the reminder KoK.

You may recall that have been many rumours (admittedly) about sites for a new stadium, and SISU have concentrated on sites in neighbouring local authorities where CCC have no jurisdiction. But the fans said "No, if they move us outside the city boundary, I'm done supporting the Sky Blues".
Who was it who used the term "you reap what you sow" the other day?

TBF I mentioned this last week as OSB 58 had mentioned it I think.

Nick, any chance of digging out some of PWKH's posts about how much he cared for CCFC

Question is if we did get new owners and sisu pissed off 1. would ccc change their mind and let new owners build in the boundaries or still screw over ccfc 2. what options and where could new owners build

and what company or business man out there would risk their money with the mess going on can anyone think somebody realistically who would buy ccfc?

New owners would bring a fresh approach I'm sure, but I just can't see Sisu leaving.

It is clear that ACL, Higgs and CCC have a massive problem with the owners not Coventry City.

Unfortunately for now, the two are intrinsically linked and people think CCFC they think Sisu.

We are between a rock and a hard place. I am sure everything would take quite a U turn if Sisu left, but I just can't see them going.

Whether SISU go or not, the football club is screwed. There's no room for us here anymore, I just can't see why any potential new owner would want to work with this shambles and a council that have fucked us over.

cant see a happy ending right now

I can't see Sisu going anywhere.

However, the personal vendetta against Sisu who are owners of Coventry City FC means the city will have no club, no youth system and generations of fans killed off.

It staggers me how low Higgs, the council in collation with Wasps are taking us out to dry.

This has to end otherwise over a century of history will be destroyed because of egotistical maniacs.

But that is because of Sisu.

Not making excuses, just saying the council have screwed us over because of Sisu. Different owners, different scenario I think.

Would love to know what it is exactly that Sisu have said and done that is so bad it has people so very badly pissed off.

The last straw I'm clinging to is all the clauses put in place to screw Sisu over magically leave if new owners are in town.
Or, at the very least the Butts deal goes through so I can have a pint in Earlsdon before the game.

Never once said all sisus fault but yes yes they have been outplayed and ultimately beaten by a bigger bunch of dicks. So we can argue till we are blue in the face.

The reality is we know what we need to do now. Re Afc Coventry post. IMO

Anger i understand, shock i don't, Wasps, CCC and the Higgs have all planned and all set for a battle to get rid off Sisu, this is the end game. No place to go, no card to play and no way Sisu can afford to keep this up, everything you are hearing now is to force Sisu to drop court action and soon as that is done i believe the final play in this game will upon us.

I believe while Sisu have been plotting court cases Wasps and all have covered every base and will now step on anyone in their way and be already steps ahead of Sisu next move. This will end up as a hostile takeover with Sisu having to walk with no way of coming back, its my opinion and has been for a while now.

I have no proof, but the way they are releasing info at certain times is an indication a bigger story it about to appear, its all set and we will be angry and frustrated but Sisu are being cornered and squeezed out. The club or what is left of it will be there for the powers that be to pick it up, sooner or later when Sisu are distressed enough an offer will come in to buy the club. Then it will be up to Sisu to put 1 million into running the club or sell to save any further loses for the investors, as i assume they are not keen to be pumping money in to run a stagnant business with no hope of a return.

It angers me sometimes when people get confused with the charity and soft touch. Higgs are a registered charity and SISU have been abusing their relationship at every turn. They have failed to pay rent when it was due and taken them to court, wouldn't you be pished off with them if they did that to you?
I actually rejoice at this move because it is SISU that have let the city and club down. Since they came in what good have they done? And with the constant legal battles they produce it can now be seen by the FA that they are unfit to own the football club.
In the House of Commons own paper they are bringing the club into disripute by their actions. ( http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201012/cmselect/cmcumeds/792/79208.htm#n225 ) And because of this I think everyone from The Trust to sites like this one should be writing to the FA stating so. Also, and it's something I have been working on is finding cases where hedge fund companies have been systematic in the destruction (I know it's a strong word) of local communities. How the FA can say that a hedge fund company who has spent the last 3 years fighting court cases that they won't win and lying to the FA about building another stadium (It was why the FA let us move to Northampton) can be seen as being an owner that is reputable is beyond me.
Also, I believe the FA policy on ground sharing is acceptable as long as the clubs are not inthe same division. So no more Northampton.

Dear Joy, you should have sold the club when you had a chance but now these fools that run your club have left you with nothing.

agree, summing it up really, sisu tried do a hedge fund thing and do everything on the cheap, ccc acl higgs want money profit ect, egos collided badly the end result is this and us the fans get caught in the middle and fucked over!

Yes, still, the fact that most schools in Coventry don't even play rugby will surely not help the 'charity' achieve its objectives. Are Wasps going to go out into the Aldermoor looking for aspiring rugger buggers?

Wasps have been telling porkies in there statements. You are right..they very well know what the deal is with the Higgs centre and legal clauses. Otherwise why spend money on developing plans for a £7m facility?

This whole debacle is shocking.

Wasps are working with Higgs and the council to kill CCFC.
