its the first time i have felt an afinity with MCFC.

They were 0-2 down, and after 60 mins, hadnt had a shot on target. even I was calling them the "sky blues"

How and why does a Wigan fan get 396 posts on our board?

ah right. fair play to them. I assume they've followed Wigan since they were a rugby team?

I'm with you there brother. I've been to Twickenham today and remember what it should be like. I'm covered in port and very messy. But that's life.

The only thing that pisses me of is that it should be with my beloved CCFC.

Well, I went to watch Swindon v MK Dons on Saturday (only 45 mins from where I live) - I handed out epeition KCIC flyers and got a lot of sympathy from Swindon supporters.

And me and a few others might be going to Northamptons next home game to do the same in the away end with the Wimbledon fans.
If I can get myself to cross that line without puking.

If not we have another one pencilled in.

Not a bad idea really, go and support AFC Wimbledon wearing our Sky Blue shirts and scarves to show we appreciate what the "owners" did to their previous club ? Bet Bobby Gould goes !

not a bad plan. will be more of a protest than the sixfields attendees can manage. maybe as CCFC we should sell out the away end for every "home" game at sixfields? we could make an agreement with police that no trouble will be caused etc

Yeh mate, it really hits home what's happening at our club when you see fellow footy fans enjoying the sport we love.

Wigan fans I know have a lot of sympathy for us because they were close to being moved out of their town too.

I've been going to Bpool games and its probably fair to say that I've passed on the sky blue curse - they haven't won in 18 games!

Watched my son play yesterday, much better than any overpaid pro's, but with less skill...but lots of effort.

Good laugh, referee respected, goals galore, and they won!

Good on you Moff. I often catch a bit of local league stuff when I am out walking my dogs. It is more entertaining than the pro stuff at times. I have seen a few matches where there isn't a shortage of skill, I have sometimes been left to ponder if fourteen year olds can score using pass and move one touch football why can't my team Coventry?
