Only just spotted this - IMO this is a mistake. We should re-negotiate with him to get him on a pay as you play deal - he looked class when he did play for us, and even in L1 he would be a valuable player, even at 38. He would be a good organiser of the defence and someone who is a calm experienced presence in a young team.
