But the business structure makes sense. Why move the players and registrations out of limited but not the golden share.

Is there documentation to show the movement.

The bidding process was not worth doing as the players and registrations were in holdings.

Just imagine if the players moved after administration !!! Guess that would be illegal.

Why set up ltd in the first place and move everything out if holdings?

it is a legal requirement of the FL that the players and the golden share should be with the same company, but it wasn't,sisu moved the players

Acl kicking up a fuss about nothing as far as I'm concerned- what happened 5 yrs ago has little relevance to now - the acl statement contained a lot of bleating and i repeat council should have nothing to do with football or the stadium.

It is what happened in the intervening years & why & whether structural changes to the CCFC group of companies were willfully conducted without the knowledge of stakeholders who stood to lose a great deal by them.

I believe the FL in particular were incompetent in not noticing these changes as they took place on the quiet.

Surely it has to go to The F.A it surely comes down to either SISU not telling the football league or the football league making a big mess of it all

Maybe the blackout was about recent creditor meetings? Or maybe they just didn't issue it to the correct company? Was it on headed paper?

The saga continues....

What Id still like to hear explained by Appleton is why did he ignore the Trusts bid against procedure and why did he leak details of the trusts bid to other parties (well someone did). Appleton never said the GS was in ltd he was as wishywashy and vague as humanly possible. Every statement about what people were bidding for was filled with FUD.

Can this clown fuck off now? We need someone with no connections to either side to investigate if its going to mean anything. Otherwise we may as well settle it by Fisher and PWKH having an arm wrestle.

seems very clear where the assets were and that they were moved, this also confirmation of the last accounts filed which also showed where the assets were previously

As cloughie says. Everything football related was in CCFC Ltd in 2008. And the accounts for CCFC Ltd don't seem to have change much in that regard since that date, including the latest set signed off by TF.

So where did the assets go since TF signed off those audited accounts? Who authorised the transfer? How much was realised for them?

I'm still staggered by this. This doesn't look like a 'mess' to me - it looks like something that needs proper, in-depth investigation.

If you're struggling for a reason why ACL didn't sign the CVA, this might suggest one.

I would allege that it is blatant fraud that some have tried to conveniently to wash over to achieve the outcome their paymaster wanted,

now who would that be Mr appleton, research is either not your forte or what?

All allegedly of course for the sake of SBT

These papers are dynamite, so SISU knew all along what they were doing as these documents clearly define where all our great club resided in 2008 and indeed up to the last filed accounts in June 2012. I am even more concerned to note that Mr Elliot and Hoffman were also aware of such facts, so why have they kept so quiet? Both the Football League and Appleton need to have these documents, but a bigger question is are they in receipt of these? If so there are even bigger questions.

There is a lot of comments on here about how sisu are experts in their own field , thats why i'm not surprised that most things of any value was moved to holdings.
They have carefully worked this position to cover what they knew would happen which was the eventual liquidation of ltd.
The fact that ACL ended up forcing this was a bonus for them because i'm sure they would have done it for themselves to shed the lease and any debt associated within ltd.
The issue with the share is more than likely a mistake by themselves without which none of this would be in the open.
To me this was a situation carefully planned out by sisu over many months.
