a relative has just been in touch and his wallets been stolen. was delivered back to his place of work with everything missing apart from his business card.

his season tickets in there too which has gone. What’s the protocol for the game. With it being a sell out will ticket office be open tomorrow etc.

any help or contact numbers will be really appreciated

I assume ticket office will be open for collections, so worth getting up there to talk to them. Would do it early though.

Fairly sure they charge a tenner for a replacement ticket to be printed these days for instances such as this

As it’s the last game it’s a bit difficult regarding charges. It costs nothing to print a replacement ticket if you’ve forgotten it. It’s £15 to replace and issue a new season ticket

We forgot ours a few games ago. Either £5 or a tenner at the ticket office on the day for a paper replacement

Yep, I forgot my ST over New Year for 2 games and it was £5 each time (the system also automatically added 10 loyalty points each time...). Just need to confirm some personal details (address etc).
