Sorry, this is not an exciting thread but living abroad, I have to be really careful with online orders!

I wondered if anyone had by experience with this training range and jadket

Coventry City Adult Third Matchday Anthem Jacket

In a 90s inspired style, this walkout jacket has an three-colour block style pattern and an old skool linear Hummel logo, with white chevrons. The background is formed from a CCFC crest in a triple overlayed, stepped, repeat placement...

I’m leaning towards a L but hard to know, I’m standard build, around 80kg and 177cm, so usually fall between M and L.

I have last seasons home shirt in L and that is a lovely fit.

thanks in advance for any help or advice!

I got the quarter zip retro Hummel one they did midway through last season. It is true to size. I got an L and it fits as I'd expect but in hindsight I wish I'd sized up for a more baggy 90s look

Not exact match but similar material I think

I bought the coat at the weekend 2 sizes up from normal and it wasn't just tight, I literally couldn't do it up at the front. I know I'm a fat bastatd, but that was ridiculous. Took it back to the shop at lunchtime today.

Really odd how things made by the same company are so vastly different.

I’ve got the orange and black version in a medium and it’s true to size… if you’re in between sizes I definitely go for a large with it. If needed will happily measure up the pit to pit & collar to hem on it tomorrow and let you know.

I'm a medium in replica shirts but every Hummel hoodie I've had I've needed large. Not bought any jackets/hoodies this year though.

Just to add, there is most definitely a correlation between how well Cov are doing and the money I spend on merch!

Love these retro jackets and really want one but also can’t imagine when I’d wear it

I do like that one but can't justify the £80 or whatever it is.

Ha yep that's my issue. I got it to wear before 5-a-side but realistically I don't bother with a top layer so it's just sat there.

Yeah definitely steep, I'm usually a tight git. I think I was feeling like as I've not been able to get to games as regular I'd treat myself to something from the shop to stick some money back in the club.

Eminent scientists have for decades proven the link between a successful football team and supporters pockets becoming less deep.
Jimmy Hill quoted that a good City result on a Saturday often led to an increased output from the shop floor factory on a Monday.
Whether that was true or not back then I don't know but when I worked on the production lines, win, lose or draw that iron horse would gallop away at an unforgiving pace all week regardless.

I wouldnt mind if I would wear it all the time but it would probably just be to city games.
