It’s good mate thanks, I’ve stopped using the boot as the swelling on my graft has reduced a lot so I can get a pair of trainers on and if I’m going out I’ll just use crutches I’m a bit slower then I was but that will all come in time, I’m going to start swimming from tomorrow and when I get the ok I’ll start using a cross trainer , hopefully I’ll be able to start running again in November but I might put it off till the new year. I’m still in holiday mode so need to knock the bad food and beer on the head. All being well I can get back to work in mid October
