1. No we weren't
2. So we were capable of results then. Glad you agree.

There has been Insufficient investment in the playing squad for us to progress. The first third of last season saw us massively over achieving buoyed by the CBS return and being back in stadiums post Covid. We’re a bottom 6 Championship club under SISU at best. I don’t players Robins or the players. I don’t really blame SISU now but under them we will simply not fulfill the club’s potential.

The odd thing is we aren't played off the park. We either have a defence that leaks shit goals or we can't put it in the net. I'm still hopeful it will turn around.

Well that won’t be until January, and well past the half way point of the season.

how do you work that out? Were 7 games in without a win against mostly mid to bottom teams. Granted 6 away but our home form second half of last season was dreadful. Not guess work that this season is gonna be a struggle

Come on we can win at home look at the 1977 season when we destroyed teams at home - why can’t we just start doing that again

You're absolutely all over the shop. One minute it's fine to look back on previous results the next minute it's not, all depending on your argument.

Just read manager’s post match comments on offal - anyone else realise that after the international break we have to play 21 games in 42 days? Oh dear……….

Where's the battle? We're 7 points adrift already.

And to make it funnier Robins saying there's no new faces coming in. It's a sh*tshow and we could be relegated and break some embarrassing records this season.

Worst league start in 103 years

Even under Thorn in the relegation season 11/12 we had 4 more points from 7 games.

We've won 9 in the last 46.

Our home form that people seem to be clinging on to for some reason reads 4 wins in 19 games.

We've played average teams at best amd not mustered one single win

Hull
Luton
Preston
Birmingham
Sunderland
Millwall

Will probably be called the usual 'bed wetter' 'back the team' etc but these are the saliant facts.

How the fuck do we get out of this? Absolute marooned at the bottom

So moaning about a bad start and throwing the towel in is the solution?

We have the players we have. Our season really has been disrupted (again with International break). Time to stick together a fight our way out. And it won't be a sudden upturn it will take several months.

If you havent the patience or stomach for it - do us all a favour and go shopping on a Saturday instead.

whose throwing the towel in? Genuinely makes me laugh that fans are thinking everything is gonna be fine. Based on what exactly? Fans are highlighting the issues and these issues are mounting. A flying start last season has clouded so many fans judgement it’s unreal.

Any realist city fan will be concerned. But I’ll wait until we’ve played four or five at home before I reach for the razors.

This. Completely

Literally our worst start since 1919. Havent won in 12.

9 league wins in the last 46. 4 in 19 at home. A defence conceding an average of 2 a game

But apparently none of that warrants any negativity and we will be sound because we have games in hand

Anyone remember Rotherham a few seasons ago. All those games in hand, and most if not all at home too, but the squad was just too small to handle it and they fell away.

We already need more than a point a game to get to 50

No wins in 12 is a rut and at any “normal” club would be close to the sack.

1) Cancel every game; and
2) Put Paxman & London on the pools panel.

You do it every season.

When we go down, as I think we will, probably not this season but certainly in the next 2 or 3, you'll be telling everyone 'I told you so'.

But you've been banging the same drum for ages and you're usually wrong.

But the manager of those clubs probably hadn't taken them from L2 to the championship on a budget with no ground.

So Robins, rightly, still has plenty of credit in the bank.

Close to the sack and a large pay off, which won't happen, (I'm not saying it should), but that will ensure it doesn't happen.

Christ a life. As usual Cov don’t win and the usual mob are out in force.

Long way to go and I don’t really have any concerns that we will be relegated. Think we will still be fine, and comfortably so. Just my opinion of course, before the positivity police start giving me the 3rd degree.
