Strange that any communication from the club is coming from Labovitch.
Has Fisher gone?

Not according to CWR this morning who apparently spoke to him off air and he told them he was in a meeting with lawyers and couldn't comment at the moment.

No, CWR were talking to him this morning. He said that he did not want to go on air until he has spoken to his lawyers about an appropriate response. So I guess he is still there.

Has Elephantears Gone?

Not heard much from him about the latest news. Is he consulting his lawyer the same as Tim Fisher? Maybe they use the same one?.......

He's making official statements so he's still around for now - http://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/article/club-statement-140313-713888.aspx

See Fisher's "appropriate response" here http://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/article/club-statement-140313-713888.aspx

"We are consulting with our professional advisers in order to find the best way forward to try to minimise the damage to the club"

Ah yes Mr Fisher - you mean trying to minimise the damage to the club just as when you threatened insolvency? Pleeeeeease do me a favour!

A statement which says nothing. Really...what was the point ?
He claims they'd already prepared for this move by ACL, so how come the statement is so devoid of any action plan ?

We all knew it was going to get much worse before it was going to get better.
No matter who you blame we are all Coventry City supporters & hopefully something will happen now instead of ACL/SISU shouting their mouths off at each other in the press.
Just hope we have a club to support at the end of it
