One of a few decisions this year that let Robins down. Collins should never have been back in the side after last year.

Robins consigned Collins to the bomb squad and now we know why. For whatever reason Carr thought it would be a good idea to play him

I don't think he had a choice, he only came in because Dovin and Wilson were both injured.

He should never have been in the team for as long as he was though, should have been dropped once Dovin was back.

If Collins had started last night we would have lost 0-1.

Most likely their winning goal resulting from that terrible back pass from Bobby Thomas in the second half!

Dovin won't have 2 easier games to make his come back in, he was basically a spectator against Plymouth, and didn't have much to do against Millwall either.

Collins must be kicking himself to get dropped for those 2 easy home games, and must wish he had the opportunity to of played behind that much more solid back line.

However I'm sure Dovin will gain some confidence from getting the shirt back and keeping the clean sheets, and hopefully he will kick on now and be the no1 for the rest of the season.

Dovin is so relaxed all the time as well, that worries me sometimes as much as when they are a bit mental.

Just posted this on the other thread and whilst I agree with what you're saying, the movement ahead of him was woeful. Similar on throw ins and free kicks.

It's the throw ins that really piss me off.

It's by far the most common reason for restarting play, but we don't seem to have a clue how to take a quick one.

I don’t get why people on here think Wilson is amazing. He is a bubbly jokey character and I’m sure a fun person to be around but as a keeper he’s wobbly.

Looking forward to Dovin taking this opportunity to make the position his own

The sooner Wilson is back on the bench the better.

You won't have to wait that long, the next two away games at Cardiff and Norwich will keep him busy.

Made two good contributions today, coming out early to prevent a 1v1 and a great save second half which would've been a kick in the teeth to concede. Did flap at one or two crosses a bit but so far he is a massive improvement on Collins (not hard).

Realistically what positions are an absolute priority to come in?

If we are living in dreamland:

We sell Dasvila, Collins, Binks, Thomas and Joel and try and get £5 million.

We go in the market and loan a left back and 2 centre backs.

We sign 2 centre backs at the level required and spend £10 million on them, centre backs that are not going to concede 2 a game.

We then get to the summer and sign a box to box midfielder, someone that will drive us forward.
We then look to offload Asante, give him to Hull or Stoke.

Why would you sell your first second and third choice CBs but not your fourth choice one?

Latibeaudiere is fine as a squad player, he was a free transfer. I actually think he’s ok. Plays like he gives a shit too

rather see Kitching and Binks go before Latibeaudiere

I can genuinely see Robins signing Bobby Thomas/ Asante or Joel Lat tbf

At least one of those players, which is fucking fantastic if so.

Think we’d regret getting rid of Lats. He’s the only one of the new lot with anything about him in terms of personality.

Get a decent house for that, the house would have a better turn of pace too.

Very tricky conditions for the keepers today so expected some handling issues. Neither Collins nor Wilson manage that save late on.

Let's not pile on Collins. He may be needed again at some point and I'm sure he's a better keeper than has showed this season

Although Wilson is the ideal number 2 keeper imo
