Honestly, I know he’s playing in a significantly worse league, but I think Southgate should keep picking him

Shout out for Bellingham again as well. Both goals as Real came from 1-0 down to beat Barca, a 25-yard rocket and a 92nd min winner. When's he gonna stop?

Edit: Further out than I thought for the first one

Great goal and he’s in outrageous form.

But it would be ironically hilarious if Spurs win the Prem and Bayern finish runners up this season.

Bellingham and kane arguably the top two players in the world right now.....they've scored more between them than man City so far this season

Bayern knocked out of the German equivalent of the FA Cup by a third division side tonight!

Should have been playing for a big team like Bayern many years ago. Love it when top English players go abroad, you just don't see it often as not many foreign clubs can compete with Premier League teams on wages.

18 in 12 in the league after last night, just unstoppable atm. Nearly halfway to Lewandowski's record of 41 in a season with just over a third of the season gone.

Another hat-trick today - he now has 30 goals in 25 Bundesliga games

Seems like continental Europe is a great place for players to pad their stats these days

I mistyped - it’s 30 goals in 25 games! I somehow doubt he’d put up those numbers in the Premier League.

And yet another season without a trophy - I find Kane to be an undeniably brilliant, but extremely odd player.

Well I mean:

2016/17 30 games, 29 goals
2017/18 37 games, 30 goals
2022/23 38 games, 30 goals

This all the while playing for Tottenham rather than a runaway side equivalent to Bayern.

Yes I'd imagine should man city have got harry kane rather than spurs reject their bids , he would have scored a silly amount of goals in that team

Harry kane is a great player , one of the best English strikers ever

Which means either Bayern have spectacularly flapped this season or Xabi Alonso has done something incredible at Leverkusen. I suspect a bit of both

I'm not sure Tuchel is the right fit at bayern, and leverkusen have had a great season, they have a really good team tbh

Noticed they have Nathan Tella playing for them, shows how OP he was at Burnley last season
