This years Christmas is going to be difficult one in our family, but I am looking forward to my Boxing day fix of football and hope we smash Port Vale and get back on track.

I have really enjoyed reading the posts on here, you guys are funny and passionate about City and I am looking forward to next years wit and arguments on here.

Merry Christmas to you all! and I hope that next year brings us Championship football and a crack at the Villa

Sorry to hear you're going to have a difficult Christmas. Hope you can find some joy in there, even if it is just 3 points to the City.

Merry Christmas to you.

Merry Christmas to all Sky Blue fans. Thinking of all those past and present at this special time.
Looking forward to the rest of the season, hopefully this time next year we could be looking forward to a full house with Villa on Boxing Day.

Surely a full house is us going up, Villa going down, Wasps buggering off and our taking over the Ricoh!

THAT is what I would call a full house.

LOL. Was just thinking of starting this thread, and asking what people wanted Santa to bring CCFC for Christmas, I'd like some wins over the holiday period and a bolstering of the squad (Tim Fisher might look good in a Santa suit - made to measure!)

Merry Christmas, one and all - even my Leicester supporting mate!

What CCFC need this Christmas is threefold. A win against Port Vale, a win against Chesterfield and Maddison sold for 10m, with him loaned back for 2 years.

Well, thanks for putting up with my initial attitude on here, lads, I was trying too hard and I was quite offensive to some of you, so I respect you all. Even Grendel, who I secretly have a bit of a vaudeville-villain crush on.

Merry Christmas to all the SBT crowd, and here's to picking up maximum points over the festive period. Play Up you Sky Blues.

Grendel has many decent things to say, though I'm sure if you checked, I bet there isn't a day goes by without his arguing with someone. I get the feeling he gets up in the morning determined to argue with someone and I picture him as Michael Palin, actually looking for and seeking an argument and someone to argue with.

If I came on here and argued every day with someone I think I would be a broken man. Think he just likes adopting the contra position. I agree with a fair bit of what he says, but I don't think he likes to have friends and allies and simply likes to piss against the wind and fight his own corner.

True, actually, I find myself agreeing with 90% of what he says. I find I'm probably more similar to him, in the respect of fighting my own corner, not relying on friendships etc.

The art of arguing is one finely tuned here, I've found; one has to find that balance between assertive and meltdown.

Sometimes I find him arguing with me even though I am agreeing with him.

Before the season I would have said I would have bought the drinks all night as I couldn't see us in this position, but might push the boat out and get some pigs in blankets as well.

Going to be quite mild tomorrow, so no need. Just pigs will be fine.

I think the internet is closed on Christmas Day. Donald Trump had a word with Bill Gates about it.

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you have a good one, eat and drink plenty and be merry!

Hopefully Santa will bring us 3 points for Boxing Day, I've heard he's a Sky blues fan!

If he brings us 3 points tomorrow, it won't just be fantastic, it will be a bloody miracle, cos we don't play until Saturday.

Hopefully he will pop back on Boxing Day to give us the 3 points.

Merry Christmas to all Sky Blues. Looks like some of the party food is already organised, so I'll do the roast potatoes.
