I think the frustration is rhat we got away with playing 2 in the middle v Blackburn and even 10 man Watford dominated us second half with an Allen and Grimes midfield

Why Frank insisted on setting up that way tonight is seemingly what's pissed people off

Its been coming for a few games now and the fact nothing was done to mitigate it is whats got my goat

No problem with the loss, Wrexham by far the better side

Watford dominated us by losing 3-1?

Rushworth literally saved 3 one on ones where we were carved completely open. Kitching clearing another off the line

Then they had us pinned back all second half and we didn't have a shot on target despite them having 10 men

It was the general consensus on here also after, read back if you must
We play with this tactic. We won't win another game it's that bad and that obvious.

Lampards done so well...but he can't be so stubborn.

You have literally posted 15 posts in the last 25 minutes on several threads. You haven’t even tried to hide the fact that you have been waiting for us to lose so you could unleash your vitriol.

Honestly we looked like the team on 2 days rest. After leading at halftime we capitulated in the second half. So it’s ok to feel frustrated isn’t it? Our defending was pathetic today.

So basically Rushworth and Kitching did what they were paid to do?

No, they dominanted the second half by winning 1-0 with 10 men though!

We won the first half tonight so that means we did well then?

The only thing I’ll say is…can all those on here ridiculing the ‘doubters’ before the match please resist doing so in future.
Yes lets all wallow in misery

People are just criticising clear mistakes from Frank.

I'm sure he'll be thinking the same things himself.
No they aren't

Comments like "We'll go on a losing run now", and "what is the point of Haji Wright" are just fucking disgusting to be honest

I think that's 4 games in a row where we were poor for large periods:

Blackburn (H) | W 2-0 - outplayed for the majority of the first half. van Ewijk clears off the line and Rushworth makes a great save to go in at halftime 0-0. We score 2 great goals from out of nothing. We were comfortable for the majority of the second half.

Portsmouth (A) W 2-1 - there were moments in both halves of the game where they created 'half chances' where the ball fell to them just outside or just inside the box (and no one was marking them similar to tonight) but they messed up their shots on goal, hit it into row z etc. At 2-0 up we sat back for the rest of the game, they make it 2-1 and we find ourselves hanging on to a game where we were comfortable.

Watford (H) W 3-1 - they carved us open 3 or 4 times in the first half and should have scored at least 2 of them. Rushworth made several good saves. I think we scored all 3 of our shots on target. Second half we looked like it was preseason and they created the better chances and scored whilst they were down to 10 men.

Wrexham (A) L 3-2 - we scored a great goal against the run of play. Second half we just didn't turn up. The 2 man midfield got pulled all over the place. Wright and Thomas-Asante hardly touched the ball second half, and the defence lost almost every header. Sakamoto was the only player to come away from tonight who should be proud of his performance. The rest of them were very poor.

I don't think its bed wetting to recognise the areas where we are poor in or to highlight players who aren't playing well etc. We are top of the league which is amazing and I'm delighted but there's still huge areas we need to improve on that wasn't addressed in the summer transfer window which I can only hope we do address in the January window.

Think abit of perspective is needed. We missed 5 of the “regular” 7 from the back 4 and midfield. 3 of the normal back 4 out. 2 of the midfield 3. That is significant and will weaken anyone.

The “second string” lads have been playing and by hook or by crook getting the job done and credit to them. Today was a step too far. Let’s concentrate on getting our top players fit and go again.

You don't win 3 out of 4 games by being "poor"

Have a word with yourself

We might go on a losing run? Someone's opinion after a crushing loss.
Well everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how ignorant

Do you think we'll now go on a losing run? If so, why?
