Haji just signed up with a new agency as per an instagram post earlier today.

Usually happens when players push for moves right?

I'd be happy if he'd push the ball into the net

If a club offers enough for him and early enough for a replacement to come in then so be it. If we get enough for a couple of fringe Prem players that join then even better.

If he stays I would also be happy. But if he was sold at the end of the transfer window that would be a different matter.

We’ve won 9 of the 12 games since he last scored a goal

We are not reliant on one single player tgis season.

No one is bigger than the team.

Pretty much everyone has stepped up.

When we have had one or 2 injuries.

MVE changed agents in the summer and the assumption was that he was looking to move on. The players also defer to their agents for contract talks and so on.

Pep Guardiola, Rasmus Hojlund, Cody Gakpo and Nico O'Reilly amongst their clientele...

I’d be telling Haji he’s going nowhere til the end of the season. Then if he wants to leave, regardless of division so be it.

It feels like he'd be more likely to sign a new contract than moving on, to me.

I don’t see him going anywhere in January. But even if he did, I’d still fancy us to get promoted without him.

I thought he wanted to play in the Premier, not the Championship.

With the West Ham rumours kicking about, would the club going be able to knock back a bid of like £25 million? Obviously I would love him to stay and I imagine Frank feels the same!

It's probably obvious why he's an ex-employee... his search engine filter only has Coventry players on it!

We might have another forward already lined up as a replacement in the window.

That would be the only situation we’d let him go imo. That and 25 million pounds too obviously.

Only striker I’d have to replace him is Josh Sargent, if we didn’t get him as a replacement then I wouldn’t sell him at all for any price. Sargent having a shit season but he’s the best striker in the league, would score for fun in our team

They’ve been talking about this rumour on the West Ham forum for a few days.

They really going to be choosing between Wright and his back up?

Doesn't feel right and anyway anyone is going to have to pay over the odds for any of our players this window.

I personally wouldn’t sell but I feel like there could be something in this, not sure why.

Replacing him in January would be unbelievably difficult, nobody wants to give up their striker half way through the season.

With the possibility of making the Premier League, Haji’s value to us as a club will be substantially more than his actual market value so I don’t see a possibility of him leaving unless someone offers something outrageous such as £40m which they obviously won’t.

You know what, I probably wouldn’t. Sargent has a patchy injury record and I’m not sure he is the right kind of fit for us playing wise. I’d be looking to our euro scouting network.

Any player in this squad's value is going to be much higher given the timing and season context. Money always talks of course but it's going to need to be something extraordinary as any replacement has to then get up to speed with how we play and settle in.

He’s the best striker in the league, the amount of chances he’d convert would be a joke. Right about the injuries though

If Haji stays and helps us get promoted he will almost certainly go to the World Cup. If he went to a West Ham and didn’t hit the ground running he could easily be over looked.
