Lol yh i saw that, i honestly think in Connor Thomas and Gael Bigirimana we have two players who are younger and have more about them than Gunnarson, its just a striker who will score us lots of goals that we are missing.

West Ham ought to piss this league, Green in goal, Tompkins Collison on the bench a midfield that ought to be in a mid table premiership side, Piqquione and Carlton Cole on the bench....

Oh and GUnnars effed up another throw in.

I think it was about 2. One was against Newcastle in the Cup.

Aaaahhh! Was that his first season? I think I remember it... Right towards the end! Milner was awesome for Newcastle that night!

Ye richard wood got on the end of it to take us into extra time. This meant that half the crowd who had left early all flooding back in haha.

His throw in success percentage was awful for City.

They are a handy weapon to have, but his throws whilst have distance, lack pace so they aren't tricky to deal with.

Gunny's losing his touch

Just looking at the West Ham/Cardiff commentary

11:
We have an early contender for worst throw-in of the season award as Aron Gunnarsson attempts to launch it into the box, but only succeeds to putting it high and wide and out for a goal kick.

22: Aron Gunnarsson tries again with the long throw but again it drifts out for a goal-kick. He may not take anymore this afternoon.

I always found that Gunna's throws were 100% predictable, never failed to throw it to the front post where 2 or 3 defenders would be. Looks to be continuing that idea, really easy to defend against something that has no variety whatsoever...

We matched this yesterday, apart from ours being a short one that still went straight out for a throw. School boy stuff again!

Gunnarsson played well today. Yes his throws were crap but that aside it was a good debut.

Got to agree with you PVA - compared with Bell, Baker and McSheff he looked world class but he's left us so he must be crap - isn't that always the way?

He is in a team that has won 2 out of 2, one away at big fevourites West Ham, I think he will be fairly satisfied with his lot.
