well, there is a noticeable lack of PR from CCFC to get people to go to the ricoh,
what, for example is the latest on the number of season tickets

First home game. 11k

After that its dependent if we are winning or not so how can we know now?

Top of the league and it's circa 20k and relegation battling then 8k.

That would be decent, is it me or does the season seem to be starting early this year? Its still holiday season so a fair few could be away.

As always it will depend on how we play but more importantly for the 'fickle' results!

August's likely to be a pretty busy month but from what I saw last night at Nuneaton things are shaping up well.

My guess would be an average over the season in exsess of 12K but then again my glass is always half-full so better top it up

what you saw was a team which by our own managers admission wasn't anywhere near where he wants it to be

The Op wants everyone to say it's shit, sisu are wankers and the crowd will be one man and his dog.

The irony would be if the club have a promotion season it's gates would increase and sisu would achieve the best league position in nearly 50 years

The OP is desperate for this scenario not to unfold.

Funny how SISU are the club when it suits.

I suspect you're just as desperate for promotion to not happen. You're probably practising your Mowbray out rants already, you being the ring leader last season. I also remember how disappointed you were at the end of last season when we started getting a run together that gave us an outside chance of sneaking a playoff place. You were happier calling for the manager to go so you accusing others of wanting failure so they can rant about something / someone is most comical.

1st in league one is 45th in the standings

Our owners have led this club into the lowest league we have been in my lifetime.

That is factually accurate

Anyway. Back to the gates. Hopefully we'll average somewhere near last season but I'm naturally hoping for more. Slightly worried that no pay on the gate will have a negative effect on walk ups.

I believe the gates will stay about the same as last season if we sign a couple of decent players + a good start.

Typical nonsense. I was correct he fucked up. The Cole Experiment was a disaster and the signing for the season of bigiamarana ridiculous.

There was no excuse.

Mowbray by the way admitted okay off chances had gone by March.

We should have sacked him and a new manager would have had a great chance of a top 6 finish.

He does like it when things go wrong because the he can vent his spleen.

When everything is hunky dory he finds it hard to have a go about anything.

I was hardly delighted. We needed promotion. Everything should have been expendable to achieve that.
