He's a barrier to progress IMO.Yes I am in the sisu out camp but with this man steering the ship I feel our destiny is frightening. Take our present plight for example, worryingly taking the same shape as our relegation season from the championship, remember, selling our top and only goal scorer Jukievicz for a million and despite promises no replacement brought and a very saveable situation missed, deliberately in my opinion.
Off the pitch we have a productive academy with 6 months left and nowhere to go and less than 18 months left at the Ricoh also with nowhere to go, forget Northampton that won't happen again. We have his threat on national radio that unless we get more "customers" he'll cut an unworkable in my opinion player budget even further, a move that l believe will bring non league football for our club nearer. As said I want sisu to up sticks and sod off but Fisher is the captain of this ship and I believe is implementing his policies and not necessarily Joy Sepalla
Sixfields was 100% his idea which wiped 80%+ spectator revenue and we are still suffering from that crass decision. We know he's economical with the truth so what is he telling her ? and has told her I the past.
As said earlier I want sisu to go but maybe with new a crew at the top running things and going a different direction our situation could improve and sisu will see a better return for their investors.

Drive him out, absolutely.
If JS is absolutely determined to hang on to us someone needs to get in her ear and explain the benefit of some localism around the boardroom.
Like you I'm convinced he's driven strategy from the point he became first a director of Prozone, then working behind the scenes prior to joining the board officially in Dec/Jan.
Why shouldn't he have autonomy to achieve the owners goals? Both other Chairmen did.I don't think any of us actually know who is making the key decisions, is TF just enacting the strategy imposed by JS ie break the lease at the Ricoh or there's no more funding for the club. JS will surely make decision whether to hold on or sell. What worried me about TF's interview was that he seemed to be boating about £1m profitability at a time when the club is in lowest position in 50 years and then threaten to cut the budget even further. No sure TF is our biggest problem
Exactly, Tony.It beggars belief that he's still here. In any other business or even any other club he'd be long gone.
I'm not sure, he could still do the break even stuff that sisu want but go about it different and have a much better outcome while still keeping it break even etc.You guys still don't get it.
He's doing the job the owners want him to do
Nothing to do with lack of success on the pitch.
He's shit at it, failed on every level, get shot. You guys still don't get it.

You say that and I'm not arguing he isn't but cast your mind back to the Northampton episode, Joy Sepalla didn't get involved until the shit hit the fan and her company was being talked about nationally and in the House of Commons and I'm certain she was quoted at the time as not really having an incline of Coventry City. You guys still don't get it.

Depends who comes in I guessOk lets say Tim Fisher leaves tomorrow - what changes?

They will still be hamstrung with the breakeven strategy, by sisu's persuit of thr legals, by wasps not wanting to negotiate a new deal, by the wasps/CSF deal forcing the academy out, by NOPMers, etcDepends who comes in I guess
Probably nothing but sometimes a new broom sweeps clean we don't know what is being said or the proper sisu strategy but as someone has said perhaps Sepalla can be convinced there's another wayOk lets say Tim Fisher leaves tomorrow - what changes?

Please don't be blaming Wasps for Fishers performance , I know you have a bit of an anti-Wasp crusade which is fair enough but they weren't around when the Northampton decision was made and if it hadn't been made Wasps probably wouldn't be here now !!They will still be hamstrung with the breakeven strategy, by sisu's persuit of thr legals, by wasps not wanting to negotiate a new deal, by the wasps/CSF deal forcing the academy out, by NOPMers, etc

He gets to spend time in Warwickshire fields visualising stadiums. (But then again probably not).Powerless puppet who presides over balance sheets, how boring his life is compared to mine.
And nail him to a cross, on the hill at sixfields, put a whistle in his gob and see if he whistles for help. :emoji_hugging: :emoji_thumbsup:Kidnap him and take him 35 miles away against his will? Karma is a bitch after all and he is due one enormous dose..
If the rumours are true hes a wednesday fan and detests ccfc for his boyhood dream going down in flames when we made him cry in 1987 knocking them out of the cup.
Might explain his utter lack of respect for our club and our fans and his apparent intent on destroying our club
The internet. That would be one hell of a grudge. Who starts these ridiculous rumours?
Fisher is still here because whoever actually employs him is happy with his performance.
It's not like when he's taken a back seat for someone else to ruin things it's been any better, if anything it's been worse.
People keep making the mistake that the owners want a successful club when in reality they couldn't care less if the club was successful or not.
Thanks, you have reassured me. Fisher is doing a great job folks based on the fact that the crap owners haven't sacked him.
