The last twice Fisher has been on Shane O'Connor I have e-mailed him requesting he asks these questions, and he never does. SOC dosen't invite callers to talk to Fisher on air, only after he's gone.

I'm asking you now to ask Fisher these questions the next time he's on your show.

I repeat what I said before about the context of interviews, but next time TF is on with me I will welcome your call.

In terms of action the SBT are going to SISU and Fl headquarters on Saturday. . Do you see the merits of this?

I think it underlines the general apathy the wider population has about CCFC. Everyone is a fan when we do well, but only the passionate few are really bothered when the chips are down.

Sadly that is largely true...

One last question...

When representatives from either side agree to come on to a show, do they vet your questions beforehand or are they open to answer any and all questions you may want to put to them ?

I didn't say that. I said that I am not part of station management and I do not plan programmes. A for programme content, that is agreed and planned by the producer(s). The presenter is part of the team that puts it together but does not necessarily have the final say.

Good morning Stuart and thanks for coming on here again. I'd appreciate your comments on the following please:

I accept that it's not always easy to appear to be balanced in your reporting, no matter how hard you try. However, my perception is that in general terms, your interviews with TF have been 'soft' and sympathetic and quite 'searching' and unsympathetic with PWKH. In addition, my perception is that when discussing fans points of view, you appear quick to point out the SISU position but rarely state the ACL position. I don't think I'm alone in seeing things this way. Yet you have maintained that your always balanced. Do you think it's possible you might be wrong about this?

Agree with this and surely the listeners are in a better position to judge how a broadcaster comes across...To state that there are big factors that may come out that will support SISU's stance and reflect badly on ACL over this row, without stating what those things are, is not a very good example of media impartiality in my opinion.

And people say I am arrogant, etc...; they are entitled to their opinions, expressed appropriately, but I disagree about how I have handled interviews. As for stating one position or another, I often find myself dealing with criticsm of Sisu and therefore try to put the counter argument, which does not mean that I agree with it. ACL's position has been challenged (it was yesterday, for example) and when it is I will try to counter that.

If some of the money is made up of inter-company loans and management fees, then don't you think that is worth looking into from a journalistic perspective. The club is on it's feet, in administration, debt built up beyond belief - we cannot just accept these 'facts'. As has been said earlier just spend 1/2 hr of your time reading this it will give you a different perspective and give you a more impartial view. Rather than accepting 'facts' at face value.

Why not invite the author who regularly posts on here to ask TF questions?

Don't you think that a company that is £70m in debt and is non-trading is a bit strange. Or as it has been told to you as a fact do you just accept it?

More than happy for the author of this material to call and talk on air. I am sure there is much to be made public at some stage.

No questions are vetted by interviewees. They are entitled to know the general issues to be discussed but not the specific questions.

And out of interest what is your personal opinion on why a non trading company with no staff, no assets or liabilities has a turnover of £10.2m and a wage bill of £10.3m?

As per a previous message, am sure that people at SISU will be working 7 days a week to sort out all these problems, or they should be.
Also some lads went on Wednesday and told that JS was not in so what ever day you go you will have same problem.
Difficult to get many free to o mid week but also we will not be allowed into the business area in the week.

Right chaps - thank you. I said half-an-hour. It's been nearly an hour and a half, but I've enjoyed it.

Last time I was on, psgm (is that the right i/d that Paul uses here?) came on AFTER I'd gone with a stream of abuse about me that I think has been taken down. Just as he said he tried to call one of my phone in shows - complaining he didn't get on AFTER the show was over. He may have tried to call, I have no idea if he did or not, but for the record I have no issue with discussing things with him in a polite and civilised manner.

I look forward to reading what he has to say on this thread later.

Good afternoon all.

OK - it's clear that we have very different perceptions and we're not going to agree about this. How about you listen to the recordings of a couple of your interviews, (perhaps together with an independent 3rd party whose views you trust?), to check out how you come across? You'd obviously need to be open to learning from this process, but you might find it helpful. I wouldn't be suggesting this, if I didn't believe there were quite a few listeners who share my 'take' on this.

ok thats fair enough, but the question as to why CCFC Ltd (according to TF a non trading subsidiary company) had a turnover in 2011 of £10.2m and wage costs of £10.3m is absolutley critical IMO. We all know that what it actually means is that Ltd was the football club not Holdings, it is essential that Fisher is quizzed on this as it changes everything. We are not in a position to ask Fisher this, you are as is Shane O'Connor.
It is my intention to ask Fisher this myself should I get an invite to one of the forums but I know I won't get one as I was very uncomplimentary on the recent survey.

Well I didn't complete the survey, so if he invites me then that'll be on my list.

Without knowing what precise offers the administrator will have to consider, it is difficult to say, but it would appear from what we know that Sisu are in a strong position - but, as I say, it is very difficult to know.

Thanks Stuart,

If the administrator did decide SISU should regain ownership of CCFC Ltd do you think the football league have a responsibility to step in, to protect the future of one its member clubs and protect the community it serves? (fit and proper test etc)

Of the bidders that we are aware of, who would you personally like to see own the club?

You may find this answer on previous thread. Rightly cautious about Ph1v, considering his interest in other clubs and subsequent withdrawal.

It would be interesting to read Stuarts views on the other bidders.

Much will depend on who gets CCFC Ltd and the GS. Then it will be down to what "deal" is on offer.
In SISU's world, everything is for sale at the right price, despite what Fisher says. If the Far East consortium get a foot in the door, it will depend on how determined they are to get the Club as part of their stated strategy to invest £1.3bn in the West Midlands. One of the Corporations made $12.7bn profit in 2012, so they could blow SISU away financially, if they chose to. SISU could not guarantee success in a legal battle, so I guess they would accept the right offer and walk away. (I hope !)
