What a beautiful morning to wake up and reflect on being top of the league. All the planning and hard work is bearing fruit. Long may it continue. Well done MR and the team. Let’s keep the juggernaut rolling.

it's amazing what being top of the league can do for hangover. Kicked the arse out of it a bit yesterday but am remarkably fresh this morning considering.

I would like to clinch promotion at Blackpool and the title at home to Burton and then make Wimbledon a party
Stretch it out over 3 weeks

Can't stop smiling! Nice to walk into my office in West Yorkshire and have other teams fans commenting on our progress.

Over the years, while 90% of the time it's been last minute escapes, the positives have been so rare it's almost second nature to have a half empty glass. Yesterday, seeing the way we grafted out that win, seeing the response from the fans and team at the end ... I was struck with genuine belief that we are witnessing something special.

Yes we did it under MR from League Two. Yes, we've won a minor cup with MR. But to get to where we are, against some pretty handy opponents, with the hamstrings we are saddled with ... it's almost devine like.

Still isn't over and I will still sweat and frett unless we pass that auto line. But by golly, thanks to all who work for my club, on the pitch and off. You've made me proud again to be a City fan.

I went to walking football this morning (Sky Blues in the community). There was a really buoyant atmosphere there. Most of the blokes are either active or lapsed fans but a few I spoke to who hadn't been going to St Andrews said they would be going to the last few games. Maybe yesterday, with the game on TV and the team now on top, was a breakthrough moment. Dave Bennett urging everyone to get to the games and 'support the team over the line' which got a cheer. Hopefully bigger home attendances for the last few games.

It's almost worth moving to Sunderland and painting your front door Sky Blue

Right , just gone onto e-tickets site and they've bloody sold out, only 1775 being given by them.
Is it a certainty we will get more ?
Living in Norwich it's the bloody nearest game for me and I think I may have been a bit Blaise about getting tickets. I'm sure they normally give more than 1700 for the away team.

Lost count how many times I’ve looked at the league table, it just came up on sky sports, that 5 point gap to 3rd looked very good, hopefully it gets even bigger

It’s gone from 5000 to 7000. I do think continued results and we could sell most of behind the goal. I wonder what the maximum is? Or what the club were assuming?
