If what we are hearing is true then the

Golden Share is held by CCFC Ltd(in admin)
Player Registrations held by CCFCH(not in admin)

Questions
1. Do these 2 have to be in the same company
2. Could Texas buy the Golden Share off the administrator
3. If he did so, where would that leave SISU(fcuked I would imagine)
4. Would there be any point buying the Golden Share if the transfer window is closed and a new buyer could not access players until the next window opened
5. SISU could be awkward and not allow a new buyer access to the existing playing staff.
6. What if the administrator sold the Golden Share to CCFCH
7. SISU could liquidate CCFCH and buy the Golden Share in a new company
8. Being as Golden Share is in CCFC ltd with no risk of liquidation, is CCFC league status protected.

So many questions I know, but welcome yr responses:facepalm:

1. they should be in the same company - hence we may have been playing a team of unregistered players
2. No- would have to buy the club in total
3 yes (but as main creditor would have to agree to the sale)
4 (see 2)
5 (see 3)
6 see 1 + football league would have to agree
7 not their decision it is the administrator
9 No - Administrator may not find a buyer, and hence liquidation could follow

Questions
1. Do these 2 have to be in the same company -per the FL yes anything to do with players playing in the league is linked to the golden share directly. Think you might find the academy is too
2. Could Texas buy the Golden Share off the administrator not without all that goes with it there would be no point, and it would need FL approval
3. If he did so, where would that leave SISU(fcuked I would imagine) cant be done in isolation so wont get approval. Ownership of the share is actually the FL's a club is only custodian of it
4. Would there be any point buying the Golden Share if the transfer window is closed and a new buyer could not access players until the next window opened it is the right to play in the FL so has nothing really to do with transfers etc this season
5. SISU could be awkward and not allow a new buyer access to the existing playing staff. depends if it turns out they can put the two in seperate companies if they cant then it is all unravelled and the administrator acts. They could object to CVA but that can be forced through in certain circumstances
6. What if the administrator sold the Golden Share to CCFCH cant do it without FL approval
7. SISU could liquidate CCFCH and buy the Golden Share in a new company not without FL approval and I doubt they would be allowed
8. Being as Golden Share is in CCFC ltd with no risk of liquidation, is CCFC league status protected. Administration can lead to liquidation if there is no solution to selling on or the debt crisis...... so no CCFC is not protected. Also some of the things like splitting players away could lead to substantial penalties including but not only removal from the FL

So many questions I know, but welcome yr responses:facepalm:

The crux is, they can't have it both ways, either the companies are seperate and the club is in breach of league rules on 3rd party ownership a very serious offence warranting relegation of at least one division, or the companies are essentially indistinguishable which means the whole club is in admin. Take your pick !

Reading that OSB, are you saying that Sisu can now only get the golden share back with FL approval?

SISU up against the wall imho.

SISU should be grateful that ACL are still allowing them to use the RICOH.
If ACL refused, SISU's association with Cov would be finished.

well if it is true that it sits in ccfc ltd then the administrator now runs that not SISU so I would say so

OSB, I think the player registrations are at CCFC Ltd, and it is the player contracts that are at CCFC H.
