I think we have a chance of extending loan or even buying in January as wolves are trying to get Diogo Jota permanently. If they get Hits think we will get Nazon

I think that he actually means that "going cold Turkey" is like going without something you rely on all of a sudden with no "ease-in", and so when we had to play without Nazon it was like we were "going cold Turkey" without him, except that the author used what's called "a pun" to substitute the word "turkey" for "Duck", because Nazon's nickname is "Duck", hence the title of the article is a pun on the idea of "going without Duckens Nazon for a match when we'd relied on him recently, with predictable lack of bite up-front".

At least, that's how I read it. I need a lie-down now.
