The trick is to fill the glass You are using with boiling water then Pour the water into a separate cup with the spoon you are using and use that to float the cream
I was in a bar in Dublin once they tried to use whipped cream from a can
I refused it

I was in an O'Neills 'Irish' bar where they didn't serve them because non of the staff who were on knew how to do them. Fucking scandalous.

To be honest it's just like a sweet apple juice, not really something to drink to get drunk

I now hate having a hangover. At my age it seems to last all day. I like having a few pints but no longer want to get so hammered I can't remember much about the night before. Also, find too much alcohol now gives me a morning ring-stinger - that never used to happen!

I haven’t felt like this for a while. Not minging and feeling rough but still like I’m pissed.

If I do a 2 dayer nowadays takes me 4 to get over it. When I think back to lads holidays and doing 7 nights bang on the shots and voddy I honestly don’t know how we did it.
