does anyone know - is it better to go to Highbury and islington or Arsenal underground station?

Highbury and islington is your best bet. More often than not the close arsenal station after the game to try break up the crowds of people a bit

its better to get the train - not underground - and go to Finsbury Park. If you are driving probably best to park at Potters Bar and take train from there.
