What's with the attitude, he's hardly showing off .
Personally I'm bloody jealous and would rather be where sw88 is than here with its endless black clouds.
Take a chill pill for christs sake.
Have a nice holiday sw88, you deserve it after watching the skyblues all season

Not a bad drive. Straight on the chunnel. Through Belgium. Through Germany and you are there. Just over half a day without stops. Then you have your car with you to travel where you need.

It's not on this side of Austria though

I checked earlier and from Cov it's 17 hours driving! I love a road trip, but that's excessive for a friendly.

Tis indeed.

That would be just like trying to get from the Radford Road to the Butts in a few years time.

You can take a few hours off that unless you drive slowly. I also travel through the night. And remember most roads through Europe are not congested like ours

You would have loved the Italy one. 24 hours each way from where I live Could have done it nearly 2 hours quicker but would have cost just over 100 euro extra each way in road tolls. Also took boat to break up the journey. Started in England. Then France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and ended up in Italy. Was fucked when I got there

I admire whoever makes the trip but fuck me it isn't worth it.

This Saudi side will pan us.

I could take 7 in the motor I would use. Would cost me about £350 return. And that is in luxury.

And enough room still to bring back a couple of hundred bottles of wine to pay for the journey

Whooaaaaa - what's all this wine stuff - Austria's very close to Peroni country, and if my memory serves me well this time last year you were practically advertising said drink on here !!

I brought back lots of bottles of Peroni 900cl only 99c a bottle. The wife kept giving them away saying that they were cheap

Bigger saving on the wine though. I like to bring back a years supply each year and see how quickly the wife can drink it

Just seen that we are now playing FC Sturm Graz at our training base at 11am on Saturday now.

Does that mean we're not playing the Arabs?

I'm definately not waiting around next season to see where the 'tour' (or day trip as this would be, or nothing if last year is anything to go by) will be!

Other teams have played a number of games now, some in Austria too! Did we just drawer the short straw?

I can't get my head round this, why go all the way to Austria just to do some training and then have a kick about at their training ground. :woot: :jawdrop:

I gave it a miss unfortunately. not too pleased at missing it but the short notice, regular changes in plans meant once it was finalised id lost interest in going

Use this one as the match thread? Will only be copying and pasting tweets thought

First is from the club somehow appear to be have taken over a last seasons away shirt. Presume they are gifting this to Sturm Graz, but if so, why not a new one?
