The 2011/12 season the printing on the back of the shirt will be in a bespoke "reflex blue" with white trim, this matches the colour detail on the neck, cuffs and badge of the new kit.

This colour is exclusive to Coventry City and will not be on the back of any other shirt in the league.

This kit is amazing!

Only trouble is you may get a name on your shirt and they not be at the club come next season!

The reason i've still not preordered is cos i haven't been able to decide if i want a name on the back or not! If i do i'll just go for JIM 89, but i've been too indecisive to make up my mind yet ha. They do look nice tho!

McSheffrey will most likely be here with his 1 year rolling contract coming into effect so I'm sure he will be a popular choice.

Depends if they charge by the letter and number again. I reckon King 9 would be cheap and will sell but the poor old Juke and with two numbers will be bought by nobody

I could barely see the names on the kit when we wore it due to the relatively light shade.

I was going to pre-order, but I'm waiting until it's actually on the shelf so I can see the sizing. I'm usually a medium, but with City shirts I've been engulfed and suffocated in equal measure by their idea of M.

Tbh i didnt see the names either and i assumed they were keeping to the retro style of not having names, and just numbers on the back. Would that have not been a better option??

The numbers look class, fit in with the kit perfectly, I don't usually get names/numbers on my kits, but will this season, King if hes still here, or Clingan. :claping hands:

I'd get Clingan as well, though I usually go for my name and lucky number

I'm getting no name, as it's either cursed them to do nothing, or leave soon after. Step forward Cobi Jones, Isaias and Darren Huckerby.

Why didn't I get Keith O'Neill?

Ha ha exactly, I've had Dublin and tried to peal it off and it looked terrible. Started with the 'I' as a tester and left it saying Dubln lol.

Second one I had Boateng but got to swap it as we sold him to the Vile three days later lol

Same as, I'm normally medium but ccfc's medium are too small so I always go for large which are still slightly too big..

Also I've already preordered my kit without a name/number so its too late now as I would have considered if they mentioned this news beforehand

You should be able to change your pre-order if you want printing, or even wait until the new numbers are released and then just bring it in.

I've pre-ordered mine with Keogh 2 on the back if for no other reason than I had £5 on him first scorer at the weekend then met his Dad after the game !

Anyone think that's a bad move ? Can't see him going anywhere but perhaps a number change ?

Don't have any number or name on it . You can't go wrong and it's cheaper . I have had many shirts over the years and never had anything on the back .
It's ok for young kids though but looks wank on any one over 8 years of age !

I await the backlash

Why not just get it not printed and then when the player's numbers are released pop in and get it printed?

I've orered Hussey 14. This problems I was thinking is, not if the player leaves, but if their number changes for next year.

There's a deal on pre-orders I think. £10 for a name & number

£10 - Up to 10 letters & 2 numbers (Please note players and squad numbers may change before the start of the season)
£5 - nPower shirt sleeve tags per pair

That's on the back of the kit pre-ordering form
