Get real sisu. Do the deal (kcic statement 1 July 2014)

After being
hammered in court yesterday Joy Seppala needs to get real and accept the kcic offer which will get us back to the Ricoh ready for the new season and at no cost or financial risk to sisu.

Mr Justice Hickinbottom delivered a damning and humiliating verdict on sisu, showing the CCFC fiasco and moving to NTFC is not a dispute between different parties but is because sisu "went on a rent strike" and made it clear "that CCFC moving out of the Arena or even the liquidation of the CCFC (and, with it, the Football Club) were options sisu were willing to pursue".

sisu’s response to the JR verdict has been the usual spin with Tim Fisher saying “Plan A” is still building a new stadium but not ruling out a return to the Ricoh Arena while breath-takingly telling Mr Justice Hickinbottom he got it wrong!

kcic has made an offer to sisu that means we can be back at the Ricoh ready for the new season at no cost or financial risk to sisu: 88% of people say sisu should accept the kcic offer, in a Coventry Telegraph poll; finance, proof of funds etc is all in place; CCFC football correspondent Andy Turner says it's "an offer too good to turn down"; the offer is financially beneficial for sisu.

sisu's tactics have failed
: they have no credible plan; kicking off the new season at NTFC will make matters even worse; the only offer on the table, and which will get us out of this mess, is the kcic offer.

We have heard more than enough spin from Joy’s boys -
after a week of contact with Mark Labovitch by ‘phone, text and email he has still not agreed to meet to discuss the offer further - Mrs Seppala must now take responsibility.

The only thing stopping us returning to the Ricoh is Joy Seppala - she can continue the NTFC disaster or get real and accept the kcic offer. We await her response.

What's the latest on Labovitch? Sounds from the Fisher interview as if he got cold feet when he realised Hoffman was involved, can you shed any more light?
