Fair point. Can't we at least have someone who can get player/team names right at least 50% of the time during a game?He’s got a job at a bigger radio station and although he commentary was fine he was a complete sycophant when interviewing managers.

Eakin is a very knowledgeable guy, maybe a bit of geek, but when he stands in on other shows like music and politics he comes across very well and knows his stuff.The funny thing is Eakin gets a lot of stick but other than the bizarre way he forgets who we are playing as local commentators go he’s good.
He does some research into the opposition and can comment on most of the opposition players.
I doubt foster gets paid very much at all. Yes he’s poor but most at his salary would be as well.
