Has it worked? It has simply distracted a few people in a minor way.

Plastering lies on the side of a bus about giving 350 million to the NHS worked unfortunately

Didn’t watch last night but couldn’t sleep so watched it at 5am today. Johnson was flapping - he’s a truly horrific debater. Despicable what CCHQ did and should have the boom thrown at them.

Of course. But with a direct referendum rather than a Tory power grab.

I think you can add Sweden, New Zealand, Costa Rica and Luxembourg to the Socialists list just of the top of my head. Costa Rica is actually a massive socialist success story, the country has been transformed over the last decade.

But it is so well published that they have done this. Are you suggesting their 'fact-checks' will be lies? Are you suggesting people will actually look at said accounts releases? Suggesting that people are stupid (you have certainly fell for the lie that the leave campaign won through due to a slogan on a bus)?

There are a lot of 'Mr Angry of SBT' people on here. Like the woman ranting at Farage last night for something he didn't say...people will believe what they want to believe, no matter what.

Calm down. There are relatively few people that will even bother going on it. The most likely people to visit it are the ranting masses looking for something else to rant about.

Who do you know that has looked? Or will look? Do you think they will be influenced? Or do you think that your acquaintances are either clever enough to see through it themselves? Or do you think they would be influenced if not for the likes of yourself to be their saviour?

If that’s the case then why bother with social media marketing at all? Why have the Tories ramped up their social media spending? No one is influenced by it, after all.

Yes...& you could say people are stupid because they believe every Gov't (thst I can remember) when they say they are spending more on (insert theme of your choice here) than the previous opposition Govt

I watched both of them in the early hours.

I know you don't want to hear it but they were both poor. But Boris might get away with it more. His answer to everything when deflecting was about getting Brexit done. About half of the UK wants it done. So about half heard what they wanted. But Corbyn didn't have a punchline when trying to deflect. So it was plain to see that he was refusing to answer the questions people want answering.

If he’d been successful in getting one of their murderers free from prison, who knows, he might have been the cause of More innocent people being killed.
You ok with a potential PM having the links he did with the IRA?

We have been through this one countless times before. Borrowing up from 7.6 billion when Labour took over to nearly 180 billion when the Tories got back in.

Unfortunately he’s telling a percentage of people what they want to hear. The fact that it’s lies is inconsequential to them, it’s what they want to hear and that’s good enough. It’s like being told that you won £105M on the lottery last night, the fact that you didn’t have a ticket is irrelevant, someone with the most infamous track record for lying has told you what you want to hear therefore you’re a millionaire.

He was investigated for links to a group supportive of the IRA-none were found. Yet the DUP had links to the UVF but we hear crickets from the righteous brigade.

The GFA actually released hundreds of convicted IRA terrorist. Should we not vote Tory because they started the GFA? Don’t the Tories also have an ex IRA Bomb maker amongst their ranks? No questioning that she’s responsible for murders.

Yup. Corbyn"s strategy is right in trying to move the debate onto the NHS, but he's been ineffective so far.

He was investigated for links to atrocities committed. None were found. He was investigated because of his links to these organisations including the propaganda machine including their news letter.

So in other words they didn't find anything illegal. But there was enough to investigate.

There’s enough to investigate Boris for misconduct in a public office because of conflicts of interest. You must be fuming that he’s guilty.

It is like I have been saying all along. He isn't assertive enough and sitting on the fence does more damage than good. A lot of those still undecided will remember him not answering the questions people want answering more than what is going on with the NHS.

Boris is a buffoon. Someone more assertive would have pulled him to bits. Boris had nothing to say except get Brexit done. And he got away with it.

And again you've shutdown your own arguement on this. Unless now anyone who is investigated over anything is guilty.

Does she have a chance of becoming PM then? If she ever got to that position I wouldn’t vote for her either.

You could argue that Corbyn was ahead of his time and ahead of the GFA in trying to engage with Sinn Fein by opening dialogue. After all, that was all it took in the end to get a ceasefire. Engagement. On that basis how many lives could have been saved by a Tory government had they engaged when Corbyn initially started trying? All the evidence is that Corbyns engagements were with an aim of laying down arms not picking them up.

Something Major has never got enough if any credit for. He’s a personal hero of mine for taking the initial steps. Never happened under Maggie and would never happen under Boris if needed.
