It's ridiculous. The public are being kept away from Johnson at stage managed appearances. There's even journalists tweeting about how little access they can get to him. He refused the debate on C4 and is now wavering on the BBC. This after weeks of finding excuses to pass the PMQs baton to someone else.True. Nobody has to.
But in a democracy when you are hoping to get the support from the general public to be prime minister one would hope and expect you would put yourself forward for scrutiny and questions on both your policy and your personal integrity.

There’s some footage of a nurse in Cornwall today asking him about the 50’000 nurses and he looks to his advisor on the right who answers for him. Half of the Conservative front bench seems to have vanished, when did anyone last see Rees-Mogg?! Meanwhile they send out Nicky Morgan, who isn't standing for re-election, to do the media rounds on the manifesto launch.
This should be the easiest campaign ever for the Conservatives. They've been in power for a decade so should be able to reel off a list of their achievements and just say 'more of the same'.

The fact is, whether people want to accept this or not, Labour would be in a far stronger position under a different leadership. I certainly would’ve been willing to consider them as an option but no chance under Corbyn/McDonnell, together with some of the bizarre election pledges (shame as there’s some important/vote winning stuff on there as well) And that’s saying something when you look at the state of the Tories !

BBC correspondent just said on the news that this will not be anything other than one side saying it is being discussed (true - but between officials...as-in it is simply a wishlist ahead of any trade negotiations) IF Brexit is done, the negotiations will being initially at Ministerial level where both parties will draw red lines. So saying 'cast iron' it is not up for discussion might also be true.Has it? The talks didn't happen?

The measures of old are over. This notion that under a different leader Labour would be off into the distance is simply not true. If another Labour leader and fronted up the same manifesto, then the same character assassination would be taking place, the same written press bias and the same propaganda bollocks from the BBC.
Admittedly Corbyn has other things from his past political endeavours that make him an easier target, but they went after Miliband who would have been receptive to a similar manifesto (had he not been so poorly advised) and they tore him to shreds.
This is not about Corbyn, McDonnell, Labour or anyone else. The reality is that the current leadership pose a threat to the ‘establishment’ that has ruled this country for the last 40 years. If they didn’t then it wouldn’t take every bit of energy and vitriol to lambast a supposedly inept man and his wacky regime.
If you prefer your Labour Party to be an off shoot of the Tories that’s fine. If that happens expect them to return 150 MP’s if they are lucky.

Arguably, an extended patent life means the price of drugs comes down as the producer has longer to recoup costs.Even the comments at the bottom say it’s hysteria. The document has been on the labour website for 6 weeks and it’s hilariously got for uk eyes only on the cover when handed out. It says nothing and has no proof of any arrangement. Corbyn only wins against Johnson on the NHS in every other measure he is behind so inevitably he will try and get traction but how can he reveal something that has been available for 6 weeks?
