There is trouble there tonight and there are gangs of Muslims out on the streets wearing balaclavas looking for those who have started the trouble . The camera crew were with them . They reported that there was no confrontation .
In some ways I don't blame them , but I can't help but think it'll escalate the problem many times if this ends in street fighting. People will die .

I can only comment on my recent experience of, unfortunately, three visits to A&E. On none of those visits did I see anything remotely like you describe. I was however treated by an immigrant consultant and cared for by several immigrant nurses.Yes, my 86 year old dad waiting 12 hours for a bed, place filled with immigrants and theie family, was it a day out, my daughter in A and E cannot see anyone, place full of immigrants and all their family, I know staff on reception, immigrants turning up with minute problems demanding medical service when a plaster will surfice

My wife is an assistant manager in a dementia unit in Rugby and getting staff is a huge problem,tbh the pay (although lower than it should be) is pretty good for the industry,the vast majority of "new" employees are African immigrants(They do get British "white" new starters but in all honesty they don't stay.... it's fucking hard work mentally and physically.)I can only comment on my recent experience of, unfortunately, three visits to A&E. My Dad is in end of life care and there is not a single care worker in there who is not a first generation immigrant. Having spoken to the manager they simply can't get British people to take the jobs and are currently having huge issues with staffing as the rules for who can come in to take the vacant roles were tightened.
