Good afternoon Sky Blues,

I am a Burnley fan but have come on here as I have acquired Gary McAllister's Coventry player of the year trophy. I have put it on ebay and wondered if any of you would be interested in it.

I have always had a soft spot for Coventry as my dad did his apprenticeship at Rootes and I loved it when you won the 1987 FA cup.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162253995924?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

I hope the link works.

£140 for it? Tenner and you've got yourself a deal.

Says it all when a 16 year old glass bowl is valued at 140 times our football club.

OP, are you taking the pi$$? £140 and no offers, I'd take weeman's tenner and be grateful.

Anything associated with that crappy rag (CET) isn't worth a light.

I got it from an auction in Essex.

It is a very attractive crystal bowl and I see it as a little piece of history but I appreciate it is not everyone's cup of tea.

Never mind being a showstopper, if it could stop SISU killing our club then it could be worth £140!

Nice bit of history, but 140 quid is a bit steep. Knock it down to 40 quid and you might get a few takers. Football memorabilia is a big industry, but you have to have the right club to make the big cash money.

It's not even *official* CCFC but the Cov Telegraph award! Lol! They would NOT have paid anymore than a tenner for it!

You'll crack the bowl if you pour hot tea into it!

Gary mac must be hard up or just embarrased to have a ccfc item in his house.
The bidder is probably the op mate trying to bump the auction

Hang on, this isn't EBay, what happened there? Was there no-one brain dead enough to bid on it?

"What is short for Suzanne?"
