I would say Madine's wage if it is 5k a week is about the going rate and at £22 a head about 225 fans, so you see why it is important to play half decent football and be at the right end of the league table which in turn brings you back down to is the manager fit for purpose or not. The last few home games will have cost us well over 250 spectators I would think, after season ticket money 2500 walk up gives £55k to last a fortnight. How do sisu survive on that ?

I wouldn't have posted it if it wasn't true.

The football earnings website says he earns £5,600 a week. It is basic earnings so there will be ad ons to that

Whatever he is earning, Stuart Gray has said he is still in their plans, Madine says he does not know where his future lies, Nouble & SP seem to have had a lover's tiff. Jackson is (where?), Miller is at Crawley, which leaves us with Tudgay. This has Coventry City NIL as a forward line written all over it - please, Santa, I hope you have received a letter from SP with a couple of strikers and a Central midfielder on it. One new owner would be nice too!!

That statement says something about Pressley to be honest, went for the world record of strikers and now we are short.

I think Gray was just giving a standard response, by the sounds of it they don't want him and they won't be offering him a new contract.

Spotted in Coventry town centre last night - eating Buffalo chicken wings with his Mrs apparently. Good signing if true.

Couldn't she get her own buffalo wings, what with him earning 21k a week, like?

I'm not having this.

Buffaloes don't have wings. If you're going to make things up, make it believable!

With my chronic genital warts, my wife refers to sex as ‘toad in the hole’.

I do actually recall when I used to work with bloke called Richard, who was a bit of an arse.

One time when we were out and he fell asleep drunk, we put lots of little dots on his face with a felt tipped pen, so when he woke up he would be spotted Dick.
