Excellent thread. Cheers @Alkhen
Next week can we have one for players we sold on (still can’t get my head around the fact that Dublin played more games and scored more goals for Vile than for us)?

I can’t believe that #3 played so few, scored so little for his previous club: I was under the impression he was a legend there.

Wikipedia is so unreliable, can't seem to work out their system or if it's just a mess. should have known not to trust them!

Anyone know of a site that has reliable basic stats? I've tried TransferMarkt but the user interface is horrendous

2 could have gone on to score a tonne of goals in the Championship. He wasn’t utilised properly and made little impact by coming on as a sub, predominantly.

His career stats are impressive.

Maybe a bit small for that league at the time. I remember him being quite slight?

He was short, but when he took his shirt off after scoring at HR, he was built like a featherweight. lol

Think he just needed time and a decent run to adjust to the physicality of the English game.
