Telegraph reporting Gael B is being rewarded for good start to the season by being put on standby for England U19's.

Thats good and bad news !!! Good for him he is being recognised for playing well but bad news for us as it puts him in the shop window even more  and if he plays he could get injured which is would be very very bad for us !!! But good luck to the lad no matter what happens.

He sounds about as English as a croissant.

croissants come from Tesco, so they must be an english pastry.

Pastry can only be defined as English if it has a lard content of over 90%

Does that make Clive Platt an English pastry?

Good on the lad, took his opportunity in the first team well,

I just know it's gonna end in tears when other clubs cotton on though

Apparently he has already turned down big clubs due to his love of CCFC.

Is that actually true ? I heard he turned down United to play for City, dismissed it as rubbish though !

I know someone at the academy and apparently it is true. He absolutely loves CCFC as much as us (apparently)

I hope he gets a run out. Would be good to see him play with better players then what he currently does. It's inevitable that he'll leave soon so we just got to enjoy him while we still can. imp:

How do we even know bigger clubs have been looking at him?

It's certain that all the top PL clubs would know about him, even before he got into the first team. Chelsea and Manchester United systematically watch down to U15 games in Italy, so a lad playing in an English U18 side is on their radar straight away.

If he did go it would be nice to see us get an inflated fee like every other club does for an English youngster. £7-10 million
