Prices for resales are the same as the rest of the ground? Disappointing.

Adults same price but they are saying that JSB's will be free when accompanied by a paying adult so it can work out a bit cheaper for a family as long as the kids have JSB.

it looks likes you can only take max 2 kids with each adult but still that would only be £30 for an adult and two kids for this friday against Oxford, which I think is great value.

I already have a season ticket but families who live far away and can only get to a few games each season would likely benefit from this if they can get tickets. I see there are a few avaliable for Friday night.

lol shows this is being thought on the fly as until last week you had to have a season ticket to get a jsb

true, but for families who can only attend occasionally i think this could work out ok. I suppose to gamble is that you get the JSB's but tickets dont become avaliable for the games you can attend

Would've been easier to rescind all those who bought a season ticket last year and the kids ticket never used. They must have the data.

Plenty on there for Oxford already. We can't make Norwich, but I dunno if I can be doing with the hassle of it. Probably the only game I won't make this season.

I've put my spare on the SBT Ticket Exchange, before I go down the official route.

SBT Ticket Exchange

If you loan your ST you could ask for a donation to the SBT charity ST fund.

i used the FZ ticket exchange y/day. i have a season ticket and i have one for my kids who use it on rotation. however my partner said she wanted to come as well so, as all my kids are JSB's, we got another 2 kids and their mum in for £30. in comparison it would cost £60 for me to get them standard tickets elsewhere in the ground (with JSB) or £70 without JSB.

Unfortunately i had to do a little back and forth with the ticket office as I couldn't select the free JSB tickets online even when selecting an adult ticket. Hopefully they get that sorted and it will be straightforward for future games.

Also hopefully there is enough availability for other matches. This match on Friday is a double whammy of summer hols and evening KO so it will be interesting to see how many are available for a 3pm ko

If there is seat availability it would only take a couple of games for the JSB/ticket exchange combo to be the best value when only attending the odd game and that's before you take into account the loot that the kids get with their membership.

Club have acknowledged it should only be family zone but seems anyone can access it at the moment incorrectly!

I tried to put a ticket on. Although you can see it, it won't let you.

Have they confirmed what you get if somebody else buys your ticket?

Season Ticket holders in the Family Zone who list their seats when the family are unable to attend will be provided with a pro-rata discount to use on an Adult/Concession ticket within any other area of the stadium to ensure nobody misses out on the action. Supporters will be able to redeem their ticket and pro-rata discount from the Ticket Office.

Is that only for the same game though?

Yep, basically your season ticket works out to a tenner a game.if the kid can't go and it's a £37 game you forfeit your ticket and pay £27 difference, which is fair.

Where it falls down imo is the 48 hour cut off. If my daughter can't attend it would be because she's ill and probably not always known a few days out. So then when you relinquish your ticket you lose the discount and have to pay the full £37. 3 or 4 games and you'd have been better off with a full priced ticket and no hassle. As always a few idiots have spoiled it for the majority.

Oh that's pretty shit then. I've misunderstood.

So I have an adult, u18 & u14 STs. So if the u14 can't make it for whatever reason, then me and the eldest have to give up our tickets, move elsewhere and pay for them?

If that's right then that is bollocks.

While the club sell them for RRP?

Easier just to kidnap a kid to scan in the ticket.

I understand the club will apply discretion in larger groups. E.g. 1 adult and 2 kids, they will allow 1 adult and 1 kid 'at discretion'

Problem with the ‘club’s’ discretion is that it will be implemented by the stewards. One person’s discretion is another’s ‘computer says No’ rule

Yes thats correct i beleive. In that scenario you wouldnt have an eligible child for the zone so would have to move

I think you're ok @edgy if you still have a child going and just give up the one ticket for exchange. Mine slightly different as only one child so if she doesnt attend then I can't sit there, which is fair enough but I would like a discounted ticket for what I've already paid, at least discretionary for 2 or 3 times per season.

You can't give up a single ticket because they wouldn't be able to sell it but unless it's happening loads of times a season you could just not use the single ticket. Why not get the kid that is going to give the ticket to one of his mates, problem solved.

I don't think the turnstile is complex enough to see 3 out of 4 STs signed in and then alert stewards.

I'm expecting the club to get the data and make a decision?
