I'm unsure if ACL reject the CVA what happens in the 28 day cooling off period.

I suspect that the administrator needs to find a venue for game one and I cannot see if ACL offer the ground FOC how it can be anywhere else.

So, the biggest message of all surely? 31,000 Coventry fans inside the Ricoh?

People are talking like the deal goes through if ACL reject the CVA, I don't see how thats true, Appleton and Fisher have both said ACL get 0.5p in the pound if they reject the CVA, for that to be true there can't be the money coming in from Otium and so it follows that means Otium have then not purchased anything. I don't see how it can be true that the deal goes through and ACL get 0.5p.

The 28 day cooling off period is if the deal goes through, I dont see that there is a 28 day period if the CVA is rejected, surely it's then either liquidation or resale attempt.

The other bidders including PH4 must have offered less.

[h=2]Full house vs Bristol city?[/h]Grendel - When I saw the thread title, I thought you were inviting us all round to your house for a shandy to listen to it on CWR - disappointed. It'll have to be a swift one at the Ricoh, or Jimmy's Hill or wherever, now:laugh:

I believe in cash terms otium offered 1.5million and 25.9p in the pound. When the debt is said to be £70.9 million that's a lot of wedge about 17 million if my maths are correct. if I am right does that indicates sisu might accept about 20 million to bugger off or is that too simple

I think you completely misunderstood everything I wrote. Your response doesn't go with what I said at all. What the other bidders offered is completely irrelevant to what I was talking about.

it would have been impossible to out bid them with their ability to right off paper debt invented by invoicing from 1 sisu company to another to dowhat avoid a takeover

I'm Sure you know this yet ...................

I would expect £35m in cash would buy them out. Not the piddling amounts that white knights like PHV are prepared to offer.

Sisu have been heard to say they wouldn't sell at any price that leaves us in dire trouble as to what they actually want to do with our club.
