Also if ACL hand the rights over.

Then SISU's fighting chance doesn't pan out as they hope.

The club are stuffed as Tim says what happens to the rights for the income streams that have been given to SISU for free?

Does anyone know the answer to this?

It's a shame that the rent issue has divided the fans so much. Thankfully, previously split opinion is clearly moving in the direction of reason and decency, and away from SISU.

We all need to focus on the simple fact that SISU have been an unmitigated disaster for CCFC, and that the club will not recover until they leave. They can not be trusted with the Ricoh and they must not be given concessions that will encourage them to stay and tough it out. We need them out now.

We need to harness the passion of the SOC campaign in a more constructive and effective way. It lost momentum before because people thought it was unrepresentative and ineffective. We need to do something to change that.

Not ACL itself but their parent company, it was called something like Football Investments Ltd, but that's not showing anything on google. Mr Knatchbull-Hugesson took over the directorship from them at some point in 2003. I'm going to keep looking.

Be very interesting if you could find a link, wouldn't be at all surprised if McGinnity had the contract for the seats at The Ricoh as well..

No one else wants the club. Without a massive restructure of the rent no one ever will. How ironic your desperate interest in preserving the status quo in terms of the ground arrangements will mean sisu will remain the only game in town.

Prove no one else wants it. We do know that no one wants to deal with our double dealing lying owners. I believe people are waiting in the wings for this to all blow-up in SHITSU's face and then move in.

I haven't got a problem with a rent reduction per se, just don't want it to be given to SISU.

I'd be perfectly happy for ACL to strong-arm SISU out of CCFC by not bending on the rent, then cutting the rent for a potential new owner, or selling the Ricoh to the new owner.

Either way, ACL has the opportunity to force SISU out and then to treat with a new partner.

No one seems to know what happens to SISU share of the income streams if we stay stuffed and SISU have to go.
Does anyone know when SISU say we agree to fund the club the budget this year is 7 million (for example)

Where does that 7 million actually get transferred from?

It's from their clients - presumably when SISU walk away, they will be taking their clients' money with them to invest in other projects.

Unless you know something we don't, SISU don't get any share of "income streams" ... they really are on a hidiing to nothing, they tried Plan A and that failed, so they kicked out Uncle Ray and tried to trade out of it with an austerity drive - failed and they landed in L1. Now it's all about Plan C which is the Ricoh and the land around it, if they can pick that up for a song and sell it on, they still have a chance of keeping their shirts and their credibility. If ACL can stare them down, there is no Plan D and they will have to accept pretty much any offer to do a deal on the debt and walk away.

No, it's still solvent. Just PWKH and a company secretary, address given as Ricoh Arena and listed as having 1 subsidiary; Arena Coventry Ltd.

Maybe PWKH could explain it all on here, he seems to post quite often.

Be interesting to hear what he has to say about it.

But surely they must pool it somewhere first before the allocate it to the different businesses such as CCFC
