Free travel for ST holders (1 Viewer)

At the end of last season when it was a possibility we were playing elsewhere for 3 games the club had to offer ST holders free travel to the other ground.

Does this mean if a deal is done at the Ricoh they have to offer every ST holder free travel to the Ricoh from Sixfields?
