If the rental agreement is only £25,000 a year. Then why would Northampton bother having us there ?

As it is a temporary arrangement no one knows.

Just so that I understand this correctly:

As this is a temporary arrangement (though a minimum of 3 years with an option to extend to 5, is at the longer end of the "temporary" scale....) no one knows what the rent is.

But when SISU were rubbishing the £400k rent offer (for a 32,000 capacity stadium), some seemed to be in little doubt that the "average" rent in the third division was £170k (though oddly, average capacity and attendance in the league were rarely mentioned in this context).

So I guess what I was wondering was how long a rental arrangement of this type has to be for the terms to be made public - obviously longer than 3 to 5 years, as "no one knows" about ours?

Haha to have a go at someone for attention seeking cracks me up, half of you Muppets are constantly attention seeking just to see how many 'likes' you can achieve. It was a light hearted post, but obviously it's a good excuse for a spot of Grendel bashing

My point is no one knows the arrangement let alone the actual cost. Is it per game, a fixed term with cancellation clauses. Do you know?

It shows that just saying "I've heard something" which strangely supports their dogmatic stance will not be tolerated. It does seem to upset the usual clan of council worshippers.

To be fair he could have added his light hearted quip to the existing post.
In terms of Grendel bashing he gives as good as he gets !!

Which is precisely the point, crappycov and simple have both done separate threads on free tickets and when interrogated for more information become, shall we say, slightly irked.

No - just like I was always suspicious of those who pontificated on the "fact" that the "average" rent in the third division was £170k.

HAHA HIS NAME IS CARPYCOV AND YOU CALL HIM CRAPPYCOV! THAT IS SO FUNNY I THINK YOU SHOULD REPEAT IT NUMEROUS TIMES IN THIS THREAD.

P.S. Is that any different from you having a go at people for calling people at SISU insulting names based on their actual name?
