Seeing Saddle’s recent bit of information seems as though we’ll be bargain hunting unless there is a big sale.
Who would we potentially want thats a free agent or on loan. Looking at the list of free agents at the moment here’s who I’d be looking at on a free and why I’m not a football scout:
- Yvon Mvogo (GK)
- Matt Ryan (GK)
- Angus Gunn (GK)
- Scott McKenna (CB)
- Daniel Amartey (CB)
- Harry Toffolo (LB)
- Kenneth Paal (LB)
- Josh Dasilva (CM)
- Tom Cairney (CM)
- Ethan Brooks (CM)
- Ianis Hagi (CAM)
- Tyrhys Dolan (RW)
- Grady Diangana (RW)
- Yakou Meite (ST)
- Josh Koroma (LW)
Now a few players I’d be looking at their loan availability:
- Callum Doyle (CB) Man City
- Aaron Anselmino (CB) Chelsea
- Tyrique George (LW) Chelsea
- Marc Guiu (ST) Chelsea
- Owen Beck (LB) Liverpool
- Lewis Koumas (RW) Liverpool
- Harry Amass (LB) Man Utd
- Chido Obi (ST) Man Utd
- Ashley Phillips (CB) Spurs
- Alfie Devine (CM) Spurs
- Yang Min-Hyeok (RW) Spurs
- Carl Rushworth (GK) Brighton
- Eiran Cashin (CB) Brighton
- Andrew Moran (CAM) Brighton
- William Osula (ST) Newcastle
- Joe Gauci (GK) Villa
- Lewis Obrien (CM) Forest
- Emmanuel Dennis (ST) Forest
- Rob Holding (CB) Crystal Palace
- Justin Devenny (CM) Crystal Palace
- Jerusen Rak-Sakyi (RW) Crystal Palace
- Romain Faivre (RW) Bournemouth
- Andy Irving (CM) West Ham
- Daniel Bentley (GK) Wolves
- Harrison Armstrong (CM) Everton
- Darko Gyabi (CM) Leeds
- Joe Worrell (CB) Burnley
- Josh Laurent (CM) Burnley
- Lyle Foster (ST) Burnley
Gunn and Dolan out of the first list. Doyle has stated it's time to find a new permanent team to play for. Suppose he's had enough of moving each season and not being able to settle down anywhere.
He's more of an outright AM who can play on the flanks if needed but as more of a dynamic midfielder I'd certainly have a look at Jamie Donley from Spurs and who was at Orient last season.
He has a lot of ability and his numbers were solid last season.
