I don't think "we know you're trying and it's hard, but you know you can do better and you're letting yourselves down" is really going to work from the stands.
We haven't been 'top of the league' in a credible term for some time. You're right, of course. But to hear it when top of the league is pretty astounding.
We haven't been 'top of the league' in a credible term for some time.
And now we actually aren't - because of it.
There is no 'spin' just disbelief and anger at a by and large shit show for the last 6 weeks.Haha. We were top of the league from mid October until last night. Spin it as a negative anyway you want.
We may as well just kick the corner out for a goal kick or back to rushworth. It’s a bit frustrating but Id imagine there is a nervousness at the moment about making a mistake and getting caught on the break so with that there’s an extra cautiousness.
Great postI love some of our fans tub thumping solutions.
Booing them will show them the standard required and motivate them has been one of the best.
Fans over emphasize the importance of games, they over simplify the task based on another teams league position. They predict unrealistic scorelines sometimes six weeks in advance.
Fans write scripts and predictions. They set themselves up to fail. Then they blame the team.
Perhaps the fans need to review their own tactics and approach to games.
We are where we are in the table on merit. So are the other teams. The promotion race is wide open. It is what it is. It is pointless staring back at a table that was weeks ago and sifting through a load of if, but and may be.
Next Monday will be a cracker. If you can't enjoy moments like these, a top of the table clash, you need to start following a different sport.
I genuinely am looking forward to next Monday eveningI love some of our fans tub thumping solutions.

I remember when we didn’t beat Middlesbrough first leg play off semi at home. People saying we’ve blown it. I said it will be a different game there they will have to come out at attack us, we will win. We did.I genuinely am looking forward to next Monday evening
Brilliant. Probably one of the weirdest takes on anything I’ve ever read.We haven't been 'top of the league' in a credible term for some time.

We genuinely are a bogey team to them. I'm convinced this hoodoo will continue for another season.I remember when we didn’t beat Middlesbrough first leg play off semi at home. Keep the faith.
You're not reading it properly, that's why.Brilliant. Probably one of the weirdest takes on anything I’ve ever read.

I remember when McSheff was top goalscorer and was getting praise from some, but not from others
His goal tally was dismissed by a few people because some of his goals were penalties, so that "didn't count in the same way."
Considering a lot of the penalties were ones won by him, makes the point even more nutty.
Yeah - One Step Beyond now.Fucking madness, isn't it?
