In fairness mucca I'd have put a cheeky fiver on you finishing top 4 with that chelsea teamIf there’s a profile of job to restore Lampard’s reputation, it’s a club like ours. We’re underperforming and if he gets us up the table and even promoted, his stock will be sky high again. My belief is that he left Derby too early and was out of his depth at Chelsea because Top 4 in the Prem v top 4 in the Championship is another stratosphere.
The thought that a coach who’s finished in the Top 4 and coached in the UCL is being sniffed at is quite a new and strange emotion to feel as a Cov fan.

Let's say 1000 people all put a £100 on Potter to be the new manager, his odds would shorten to being the favourite. They don't go on actually knowledge or inside info, just the odds and trying to balance the books and having to pay out as little as possible.

If he got us promoted he’d deserve a shot at keeping us up but to be frank, I could see him doing a Kompany or Maresca and leaving right away.
