More I’ve read, it’s more a jack of all trades in regards to performance analysis and sports science.
“In the wider remit, there’s the medical department, the sports science department, strength and conditioning, nutrition, psychology, player care and liaison, performance and data analysis. It’s really wide ranging.
I know they worked with the recruitment to do physiological appraisals but don’t think her remit in this is any further. Correct me if wrong but wanting to sack her when we’ve already got a major bill to front, seems out of place.

Not really. He's pointing out that accountability for poor results is being attributed to everyone except the person that was accountable for them. MR had final say in recruitment, coaching hires etc. and everything seems to be about everyone else. It's a bit weird.

Well yeah she’s the director of performance so she gets data for analysis and for sports science(fitness) basically acting as the boss of our sport science and analysis departments.Everyone would give opinions. Only she was named as “me and Mark”. Believe what you want but it’s there in black and white, that’s without the rumours of her running the place behind the scenes or the other circumstantial evidence. The idea she’s a glorified fitness coach isn’t credible I’m sorry. She has Director in her title for a reason.
