Vibe I got from saddles post is that there’s probably a bit of compromise needed from dk re the hiring of morris and Cole alongside Lampardexactly, the only people coming in keeping the same staff would be a No. 2 somewhere else and we’re their first job.

This was always going to be the case, a new manager has to work with the people he trusts to be fair to FL

Seems sensible from Doug to be fair and understand the decisions coming off shouldn’t be made lightly and while Morris and Cole would be amazing pick ups, the cost of them alone is massive without the added prices of sacking everyone off.That's it
And Doug isn't averse to it
But how does that then leave what's in place? Carr doesn't deserve to be kicked does he?
Would he fit in amongst Cole and Morris for example?
Would Dempster be back with youth or gotten rid of?
