What he should have done is taken the chance over the last 18 months to go and gain some experience and be a number 2 to someone. This is where I have more respect for the likes of Keane and RVN, they have gone and done the hard yards as an assistant at a number of places. Frank did about 12-18 months as a youth coach then has only been a manager since.Oh ok. He should never be employed again then
