Why is there always a question about how important the fans are? He has his well practised responses, but it just seems a pointless question. maybe I'm just being a miserable git.

I would ask how he and the coaching staff are feeling as they are at risk of illness too. No coaching staff would be a bit of a setback

You can apply for a postponement if illness means you can't make up a squad of 14 players. Only senior contracted players and youth players who have appeared in a match day squad are counted towards that 14.

Interesting to have it confirmed that MVE was physically sick at half time and after the game.
He definitely coughed a lot when walking off the pitch after being substituted, and now we have confirmation why.

I really like Rob and love his enthusiasm but the questions really are becoming repetitive.

I always cringe when Lorna mentions the "Sky Blue Army".

Been pissing me off for weeks. Glad it's not just me.
That said I thought we were better at Southampton than we have been for ages.

We need to get the ill players around other clubs and teams make sure it spreads and we can take advantage later :)

Especially Wolfie, get him back to Ipswich over Christmas coughing and spluttering.

I was fascinated to hear about how the club manages quarantine. Hopefully, next time we will get to hear about how often catering buys tea and coffee, or how the accounts department processes expense claims.

I feel the same. It's the easiest question to answer for anyone associated with the club - "Yeah, they're brilliant..."
I can see why they might ask it to players who are a bit more awkward about being interviewed, but Lampard is asked it every week pre and post match.

We should get all our sick players to visit the opposing teams changing rooms before each game to 'spread the love' lol
