What was it?Thought the same tonight, very abrupt with a man simply trying to do his job. I see they’ve cut Rob’s final question from the video version of the interview too.

‘And your message to them is….?’
‘….I’ve just said that didn’t I?! Thanks… thanks very much for coming’
I’m sure Rob was hoping for a few enthusiastic words of what’s to come, but it backfired into an awkward end to the interview.
Well Gurney & co always ask that same dull question after every game - he must get fed up of having to answer it
Tbf he's probably sick of the same pointless question, the question which shows Gurney interviews as a fan first.‘And your message to them is….?’

Yes, if course I wouldGood - would you rather see him in stitches cracking up laughing instead?
The questions are ridiculous - asking if he means they'll do work when they get on the training ground - ffs!A shame Gurney doesn't ask about the team setup away from home. Probably the biggest question from fans.

Then he needs to ask different questions. Fair enough if you think “and that starts back on the training ground?” is a probing question to saying we have to work.Give over. He’s trying to get more than one word answers
