.....due to return from a year out injured, possibly looking for a short term loan to regain fitness.

Would be perfect for us, natural, proven goalscorer at this level, although Sunderland may ask for too much money?

I think he's way out our league, wouldn't afford his wages or any sort of fee unfortunately.. The only way we are going to get a loan is if the parent club are willing to carry on playing their wages whilst they play for us. Which doesn't happen very often

Yeah, that's quite possible, although if it was only a 30 day loan, the parent club don't always ask for a wage contribution for such a short period.
